Returns

1. Eligibility:
   
   
   • Opened or damaged products cannot be reused; hence we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
   • In case of any quality issues with our products, please reach out to us at argajaorganics@gmail.com or call us on our Customer Care at +91 8247322584.
   • Aragaja will not be responsible for any damage caused after the delivery of the products. Products must be in their original, unused condition with seals and packaging intact.
2. Process:
   
   
   • If you have received a tampered or damaged product, please take a unboxing video as a proof, Order Number and Order details and send it to us at aragajaorganics@gmail.com. We will further investigate it and work a solution in the best possible way.
3. Refunds:
   
   
   • Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
   • Return pick-up charges (INR 100/-) and replacement delivery charges (INR 100/-) will be applicable as per actuals (to be paid by the customer).
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
   
   
   • Gift cards, sale or clearance items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for a return.
